Thank you for your interest in becoming a trained Beautiful Me teacher! Here’s what you can expect:

1. Part 1 of the training takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and can be done at your own pace.

2. Part 2 of the training is a scheduled virtual meeting with a Self-Esteem Rising team member. This is a 30-40 minute session to check for understanding and answer any questions.
