  • Keep groups limited to 12-15 participants at most.

  • Use all Beautiful Me materials.

LET’S REVIEW

    • Take notes (when it will not distract the participant speaking).

    • Model behavior (ask questions & answer them first).

    • Stick to the curriculum but share relevant personal anecdotes.

    • Use inclusive language.

  • To jot down things you may include in a meaningful compliment to your group members during Section 3.

  • Identify who we are accountable to, what we are responsible for & how we care for ourselves in an effort to build self-awareness and self-esteem.
